Italian Studies – New Directions

The Australasian Centre for Italian Studies (ACIS) Sixth Biennial Conference

The University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus, 13 - 16 July 2011.

The 2011 ACIS conference explores the most recent directions taken by the multifarious and interdisciplinary research areas within ‘Italian Studies’ (including Italian literature, history, art history, linguistics, translation studies, migration and border studies, cinema studies, anthropology, sociology).

The committee of the 2011 ACIS Conference invites submissions of session proposals for the 2011 Conference. The sessions may be on any of the following areas:

Italian language teaching, Linguistics, Migration and border studies, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Literature, Business, Cinema studies, Cultural studies, Translation studies, Visual arts, Architecture.

Deadline for submissions: 14 October 2020

The Committee of the 2011 ACIS Conference will consider and confirm sessions soon after the deadline.
